Placing an order through the website does not always mean final acceptance. We may confirm, reject, or contact you about the order if there is an issue with availability, price, payment, address, or contact details.

2. Item Availability

Item prices, availability, or availability times may change depending on branch, time, and stock. If an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or cancel that item and refund its value where needed.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals. Delivery fees may vary depending on customer location and nearest branch. We only accept online payment, made through a payment provider. Online payment must be completed successfully before an online-paid order is confirmed.

4. Delivery, Pickup, and Dine-in

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, driver availability, branch working hours, or circumstances outside our control. Customers must provide a correct mobile number, address, and accurate location when requesting delivery.

5. Food and Refund Policy

Once an order is "Accepted" by the restaurant, the order cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be refunded due to the fresh and perishable nature of food products, except where the issue is caused by the restaurant, such as a wrong item, missing item, confirmed quality issue, duplicate payment, or payment/order error.

6. Allergies and Ingredients

Customers with food allergies must review allergen information and contact us before ordering where needed. We try to provide accurate information, but cross-contact between ingredients may occur.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the name, mobile number, email, address, location, and order details are correct before submission. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information or failure to respond to contact.

8. Customer Account and Verification

The website may allow login or verification through mobile number or email. You must keep your account details and verification codes confidential and not share them with others.

9. Offers and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, or coupon codes are subject to availability and their specific terms, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless stated otherwise.
